This notice is to inform that work is expected to begin on Building #2 (640-674 Fern St) Tomorrow, 6/29. All units that utilize the North Driveway (606-674 Fern St) should anticipate delays due to work vehicles. Those units are asked to plan for temporary inconveniences. The first stage is the tear-off of the existing. Please see Reroof Notice #1 for information on the different stages.
The tin tag has been substantially completed for Building #3 (678-698 Fern St). The Peel-and-Stick will be installed this week and installation of Tile will also begin this week, if possible.
