Roof notice 12/9

Tiles will be delivered this week and installation is expected to begin this Monday, 12/13, and last 5-7 work days per building. Tile will be installed in the same order as the Dry-in, listed below:

  • Building 3: 678-698 Fern St
  • Building 2: 640-674 Fern St
  • Building 1: 606-638 Fern St
  • Building 4: 659-695 Hibiscus St
  • Pool Building

Due to conflicts during the tear-off and dry-in construction, the POA is requiring all residents to not use the driveways while work is being performed. Access in and out of the driveway cannot be guaranteed during work hours and residents should make other arrangements. There is risk of falling material during work hours and residents must stay clear of the area so the contractor can safely and efficiently complete the work. Parking off-site is highly recommended. As progress is made on the first building (Building 3) we will provide estimates of when work will start on the next buildings.

The POA is currently seeking qualified contractors to repair fire board that was damaged while roof decks were replaced during the tear-off construction. If you have not yet had your attic inspected for this fire board damage, please reach out to the Property Manager to schedule this.

If residents have any questions, comments, or concerns on the work being done, please contact the property manager, Dana, at dbrancato30@comcast.net.
