This notice is to inform that the building permit has been accepted. The Contractor, DBS, will be delivering some materials to the site tomorrow, Friday June 11th. The far ends of the center and south driveways, opposite the garage doors, will be used for storage. They will be arranged to cause little to no obstruction of the garages they are closest to.
DBS is currently scheduled to begin construction on Wednesday, June 16th. Construction will begin on the units in the Center driveway, addresses 678-698 Fern St. Those units are asked to plan for possible temporary inconveniences. The first stage is the tear-off of the existing. Please see Reroof Notice #1 for information on the different stages.
